Website pricing
Each website is completely tailored to your practice, and although I like to be as upfront and transparent as possible, there’s no easy way to give you a solid price point without at least a quick chat. BUT, here are 3 price points that should give you an idea of what your website might cost.
Simple website
from $3400+
This gets you up and running if you have no website, or need to start showing up professionally online.
- Usually around 3-5 pages
e.g. Home, About, Services, Contact - Includes a website strategy call to figure out what your website needs to do
- Custom design and copy
- Contact form
- Optimised for Search (SEO + AEO)
- Built right the first time, so we can add to it as your business grows
- A live or recorded (your choice) website training call before handover
Timeline: 3-4 weeks
Growth website
from $5800+
This is a website to support your growing business, so you show up when people search, make the right first impression and turn visitors into clients. Includes everything in a Simple Website PLUS
- More pages, usually around 7-10 page templates
e.g. Home, About, Our Team, Service > Service, Blog > Article, Who we help, Contact - Keyword and search research, so we know what your clients are looking for
- A clear sitemap and page structure built from that research
- Contact and booking forms plus other integrations, so you’re connected to the tools you already use
Timeline: 6-8 week
Complex website
Let's talk
For large, custom projects, I offer a paid website strategy first. This costs $2900, and it’s how we scope your project properly so the quote I give you is accurate.
Think of this as half of a Growth website, as all of the planning we put into the strategy will be used to build the website. You can then choose to continue working with me on your project, or find someone else. Either way, you get to keep the strategy. Includes:
- A website strategy call to figure out what your website needs to do
- Keyword and search research, so we know what your clients are looking for
- A clear sitemap and page structure built from that research
- Messaging and positioning direction for your copy
- A design direction to guide the build
- Integration recommendations
- A clear proposal and accurate build quote, so you know exactly what you’re investing in
Strategy timeline: 2-3 weeks
Website timeline: 8 weeks+
Payment is upfront, or you can choose a fortnightly payment plan through Stripe. For Complex sites, I also offer 25% timeline milestone payments. Hosting is paid directly to Webflow, so you’re 100% in control.
Branding & retainers
Both branding and retainers are built around your business, so like my websites, this price can vary. Here are a couple of options to give you a feel for what each might cost.

An ongoing retainer
from $1127 / month
The main aim of these retainers is to skip the back-and-forth of one-off projects and grow your website, content and visibility. You get a strategic web partner on call every month (that’s me), who already knows your business, your brand, and goals.
This also includes built-in flexibility hours. My current clients use these for things like website updates, new pages, brand assets, social or Canva templates, document design, or internal branding work.
These hours never go to waste.
Use them or I’ll use them. You’ll never pay for a month and get nothing back. If you don’t spend your hours, I’ll put them towards whatever benefits your business most.
Think of me as a mini agency supporting you behind the scenes.
