So what even is a strategic website? It feels like everyone is throwing the word 'strategic' around at the moment, so here's what it means to me and how it works. (I actually follow these stages when we work together, I didn't just make these up!)

Once your website has been launched and is looking good, I'll offer you one of my ongoing retainers. Think of it as having a strategic web partner on call who already knows your business, your brand, and goals.

1. Strategy
We start with a specific business outcome, tied to your goals and day-to-day work. On the call we talk about your goals, competitors and branding, and get clear on who we’re reaching and the main thing your website needs to do.
3. Design
Only now do we make it look good, because design comes after the thinking. I prototype in Figma, or you can request a Mood Board to explore directions first. I love feedback here.

2. Planning
I map how the website guides visitors from problem, to solution, to next step. This includes messaging built around their problem, not just a list of your services. Depending on the size of your project, this stage can include site-mapping, competitor research, wireframes and copywriting.
4. Development
Leave it with me! I build in Webflow using my much-loved frameworks, so your site loads fast, gets found locally, and works on every screen. Once you’re happy, I’ll teach you to manage it yourself, or keep helping out if you’re short on time.
