About this project

Process Culture needed ongoing design and development improvements to enhance their existing Webflow site’s performance and user experience. Working collaboratively in Figma, I provided a design cleanup, technical improvements, and new functionality.

What we did

Design refinement and visual cleanup throughout the site using a Figma-first approach.
Fixed Webflow classes and improved styling structure for better site performance and functionality.
Added proper alt tags and heading hierarchy for improved search (SEO) performance and accessibility.
Created a new blog section with managed content integration, to enable the team to publish content.
Improved the mobile menu and flow to ensure a consistent experience across devices.
Built a strategic popup to capture new leads that appears for new users, and returning users every 4 weeks.
