Building Brokers WA are trusted, local building advisors with over 18 years of experience in the Perth market! Their clients describe them as peaceful, knowledgeable and incredibly sincere.

Their old website was outdated, a little broken in some areas, and the listings were messy and really hard to update or add more. The website wasn’t quite communicating the way they worked or how they made their clients feel.

But the biggest issue: the team were sick of sifting through unqualified tyre-kickers. I’m sure we can all relate there, myself included. 🙋‍♀️

I worked with the team to organise the website and recreate something that was easily found on Google, highlighted their amazing testimonials, and took a lot of the effort out of processing potential clients.

The new website looks premium and polished, people know straight away whether they can afford to work with BBWA or not. It also separates listings for people looking to build their first home, or people looking to invest, has a qualifying form that captures everything needed before any project starts, and a newsletter signup for people not quite ready for the next stage.

I also built a custom mortgage calculator on the bottom of every listing (very fun), so people can see whether they can afford the house straight away, and start dreaming about their new home.
